Licence Agreement

BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE IT!

Bitvadász Kft. own the enclosed software programs (Software) and the documentation, all of which are protected under applicable copyright laws. Your right to use this software and documentation is limited to the terms and conditions of this License. You assume responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the Software.

Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book), except that you may either make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, sub-licence, time-share, electronically transmit or receive the Software, except as provided in this license. You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble or otherwise alter the Software or its documentation.

You may not alter any of the programs or accompanying files without Bitvadász and MaxComponents written permission. Any resale or commercial distribution of the Software is strictly prohibited.

LICENSING
Bitvadász Kft. grants you a non-exclusive right to install and use the Software for the sole purpose of developing and generating documentation and help files. You may install a copy of the Software on a computer and freely move the Software from one computer to another, provided that you are the only individual using the Software.

EVALUATION VERSION
The restrictions of this section do apply only if you are using a TEST version of the Software.

This version of the Software is a demonstration version. This means that you may use the Software for evaluation purposes only. You may use the Software to test whether it meets you demands. You must not distribute materials produced by the Software to computer systems different from the computer on which the Software is installed, regardless of how such a distribution takes place. You must not modify any material produced by the Software, including but not limited to computer files which where created as a result of the usage of the Software. You are not allowed to sell, rent, lease or otherwise use commercially files or parts of files which where created by the Software. The test version of the software can be used maximum 30 days time. The Software is equipped with a mechanism that prevents the usage of the Software after a certain period of time has elapsed. You agree that you will delete the Software from all computer systems to which you have installed it when this date has been reached.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS YOURS. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR ERROR CORRECTION. THE AUTHOR DONT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES DUE TO LOSS DATA OR ANY OTHER REASON, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR OR AN AGENT OF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
